Absolutely fried my legs the other day, and I’m still recovering from that, but it didn’t stop me from having a solid back and arms day. Slow lat pulldowns have been super reliable for getting the blood flowing before a big lift.

Lifting HEAVY lately, and I can feel it translating to size gains. Early in my lifting journey, I focused mostly on pushing heavy weights because, in my mind, ‘mass moves mass,’ right? But after a glute injury, I had to take a step back and focus on healing and hypertrophy. Now, after a few years, I’m revisiting some of those sets I once thought were easy. Let’s just say it’s a humbling experience, but I’m here for it and ready to put in the work!

Workouts have been feeling crazy long recently since redoing my workouts. Towards the end of my lift I was definitely feeling it. If you’re not implement some alteration of military press/lateral raise, your leaving gains on the table massively.

Also, the new turf/lighting room @braniakgym is massive W.

Pull day vibes are unreal 🤯

Been hitting deadlifts and squats way harder recently and I’m definitely starting to notice the leg gains. I’ve also been struggling with getting into the higher weights without my straps because my grip strength is not the best.
